I am looking to sell and buy traffic in adult, pharmacy, and mortgage.

We're also looking to lease people seats in our call center, so you can operate an incoming / outgoing call center (Trained employees, we supply them).

God no! We learned our lesson years ago setting up in places like india.

We now have a large call center in south america and they speak excellent english.

Basically we assign a manager to your company and you advise him what you want your callers to do / say.

Pharmacy wise we pay up to $100 a sale depending on volume, and mortgage / adult traffic is brokered off and negociable. However, mortgage leads we'll pay up to $15 - $20 a lead.
