regarding domains names - ( WIPO question )
I guess I should post it on a domain forum, but I hope here are some people that could give a little insight as well
as we all know, sometimes people got their domains taken away by WIPO ( f.e a company sues a cybersquatter who infrgines on their trademark ) but it happens from time to time that even if the company wins, the domain still stays with the cybersquatter for some reasons ( someone at the company is too lazy to actually take it away from him? his registrar doesnt want to cooperate? ) anyway, can such domain be sold and transfered to another person f.e two years after the cybersquatter "lost" it in WIPO? or is it somehow permanently locked and can't be transferred anywhere else other that to the company who has the rights to it? |
