Single family homes are usually easier to re-sell.

I am a former Realtor.

condos are too much like hotel rooms. get a house to crash in, away from the strip, with a garden, even if it's just a few rocks and cactus. home reconstitutes the soul, end envigors the mind.

Take a drive out to Aleante in North North Las vegas.

You will find brand new, dirt cheap homes. And there are a ton to choose from.
