PayPal opening Canadian division... Will it accept adult??
 

Should be interesting. Will be opening Aug 1st unless there's a delay and they say they'll be changing the TOS of the Canadian one to reflect that it's not a US company. One can hope, but then again they say they're only making "minor" changes.

Basicly they are moving all paypal in canada ? And only keeping a small portion in the US ? Could that be becasue of the pressure the US Gov is putting on them and couple other major players ?
