There is a reason why the world's intelligence communities like Canadian and New Zealand passports, its generally that the Canadians are world renowned for their humanitarian work and the general view that they don't need to rule the world. New Zealand is known for their anti-nuclear stance, and generally being a very laid back country.

It used to be if you were an American traveling around Europe, you would be afforded a little more common courtesy if you sewed a Canadian flag on your backpack. Its anyones guess if that still works without holding a Canadian passport.
