Germany and his people have their good and bad - just as any other country. Sometimes I like it here, sometimes I wanna get out as fast as possible. But wherever I go I will remain german, and I'm proud of that. Proud because of what was done in the last 60 years, building a democratic country from the scratch and a peaceful reunion with the socialistc Eastern Germany. And yes, with the help of the USA, England and France.

But after 60 years the times of blaming people for Hitler and the Nazis are over. In my family nearly everyone who lived at that time is dead. Either got killed in the war when british bomber burned down Hamburg or simply too old by now.

That would be the same as if I were blaming every American personally for killing indians or bringing slaves over from Africa.

Or every British for inventing concentration camps in South Africa or killing people in India.

Or every French for killing hundreds of thousands in Vietnam.

And don't get me started on Stalin.

I really can't be bothered typing up an accurate account of everything that happened in WWI and WWII (for one, you are too stupid to actually take anything from it), but just remember you cannot simply judge someone from a privilege position which they did not enjoy. Coming out of WWI, facing a serious Communist threat (which was incidentally put down and STOPPED by what was to become the Nazi SA), an appalling economy, absolute humiliation and devastation lumped upon them at the end of WWI Hitler at the time offered many answers. Personally I think Germans take way too much shit for WWII. Some might gasp at the thought of them not being bloodsucking vampires, but it was simply a continuation of WWI (a war which, unlike you state, they did not start).

But talking about the history, that was a massacre.

Russia won the second world war. The allies stopped them from recapturing most of Europe and becoming a huge communist region. End of story.
