i need a GOOD desktop wholesaler
 

i am looking to buy 7-8 PCs, 2 printers, 2 copiers, and 2 fax machines. this is for 2 clients of mine. does anyone know a place i can get a good price?

the PCs all should be at least P4, 516 RAM, 80 G hard drives, 17 in flat screens, XP, and maybe MS Office Basic

I would agree with this. This way you get "best of breed" for each component. Depending on where you get your parts, it might be cheaper too.

I have been selling PC's retail for the last 3 years and I can honestly tell you that unless you are buying over a million dollars a year you can get better pricing from Best Buy.

Large discount chains have done a number on the samll guy in terms of being able to buy at a price that most consumers are willing to accept.

We changed our model and now we sell hardware for just enough above cost to get by and make it up with consulting and service contracts. I have some schools that pay 40 to 50k a year just to have us on call if they need network support.
