I'm looking to LLC a company. Unfortuantely the name of the company is trademarked by a company that provides similar services. Which is pretty odd because it is one word from the english language.

How can you fucking trademark an adjective? Will I face any issues if I try to LLC under this adjective since I'm providing the same service?

consult with an intellectual property lawyer and in my personal non-lawyer (not meant to be advice) opinion, it is not worth it to leave a fatal flaw, achilles heal, or trojan horse in your business plan.

I agree. and I think that you will find that it would " Create confusion in the market place " which is a BAD thing.
