Hi, I started my very first tgp site a few months ago.
http://www.superporner.com My traffic is about 4-5k right now, and I'm doing about 2-3 SU / month on this site :(

can you please review my site and tell me what I'm doing bad?

May I make some graphical changes? -( productivity on my site is about 110%) ...

Wait, you give 5000 people a day free porn, and you the expect them to buy some?

I am going to open a bar and give away free beer. But I will also sell beer as well for those who would rather pay for beer than get it for free.

Nice clean design I would try to fit more stuff into the first page that people see so they dont have to scroll down. Help a lot in retaining visitors

Yeah, I agree. You aren't using your space effeciently so it makes the page look empty and useless.

I found you need to press pagedown 8 times on 1024 maximized to get to the bottom of your site try to compress that too 3 you can also try to use more than 1 page will improve loading time by a lot and give you more impressions

Yes, then you can sell your shitty/worthless traffic to people who want to open their own tgp. Thats how you make the money in tgp's.

Then you can goto conventions & meet with other big tgp owners & talk about the suckers you talked into buying your worthless traffic.

That is what I thought several years ago. Thats why I run CJ sites. Hit for hit, you will make MUCH more money on a cj than a tgp...hands down!

I never got one thing if you use cj and you have no traffic comming from anywhere else wont you eventually just end up loosing traffic no matter how many trades you have

Why do you think The Hun and World Sex and so on, sell gallery spots? Its because they cant make any money at it so they try to fuck NEWBIES into buying spots in hopes of getting rich by throwing the big numbers at them...Think about it!

Open a bar that gives away free beer that is ok ... it satisfies you but you still want something better... Then start to sell food and other things that complement the free beer. Yes people will come for the free beer but eventually get tired of it and buy something else. Or buy a better quality beer...

Thank to all of you, but it seems to me that every of you have an different opinion on TGP.

My idea is not to get traffic, my idea is to get sales...

But to get sales i need to get traffic first and that is the thing why I'm doing TGP...
