I need your opinion.

I got blog containg about 3K of pics and adding 1K daily. I dunno if it's better to tag all pics with text link to my blog or it's better to save the quality of pics not having it tagged? Thanx

You mean watermark? Watermark them. Also use picture alt tags keyed to your niche. WP supports this.
