Oh, and I'm 30 but spent a few years collecting for the Hard Rock...so I'm full of all sorts of trivia.

Helix 06-30-2006 10:45 AM

What was the name of the band before they started calling themselves "The Beatles"?

Rock Solid 06-30-2006 10:49 AM

Paul, Ringo, John, George. And Peter Best, the original drummer.

and I'm 42

And they were originally The Silver Beatles.

Firehorse 06-30-2006 10:51 AM

John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr.

I am 39 but I also have music from Blues Artists from almost a hundred years ago like Robert Johnson, Bessie Smith etc. Music is timeless and listening to only music from one generation and not looking at it's origins, is missing out. :)

wyldblyss 06-30-2006 10:54 AM

I can even name the monkey's lol Davey, Mickey, Mike and Peter :)

Nylz 06-30-2006 10:56 AM

I'm 22 and know them all..

cool1 06-30-2006 11:19 AM

I am sure at 46 I can name them all

VS_Eddie 06-30-2006 11:36 AM

Paul, John, Ringo, and George. 21y/o I went through a whole Beatles Mania in high school lot's of trippin' out. :)

Dagwolf 06-30-2006 11:37 AM

All four, and I'm 40... No big deal. :P

alan-l 06-30-2006 04:02 PM

John, Paul, George, Ringo, Pete Best and Stu Sutcliffe. Then Billy Preston that died 2 weeks ago. And the 5th Beatle: Brian Epstein! We'd name Klaus Voorman and Yoko Ono as pretty influential in Beatle's music and look

I'm 39 and fucking love Beatles just in case you didn't notice :thumbsup

MaDalton 06-30-2006 05:21 PM

they became famous when they were living and working in Hamburg, Germany. My hometown.

The "Star Club" does not exist anymore, but prior to that they played at the "Kaiserkeller" which still exists.

fallenmuffin 06-30-2006 05:22 PM

Relish XXX 06-30-2006 05:37 PM

John Lennon used to always class Stuart Sutcliffe was the fifth Beatle and Stuart is featured on some Beatles tracks playing the bass. Stuart was also the one who thought up the name.
