They don't. At least one time when I called to get something reversed they told me they couldn't, and that I need to work it out with the seller or I was fucked. Thankfully I was able to work it out with the seller, but the moral of the story is that you'd better trust the person you're sending money to. :2 cents:

The policy is that ePassporte will not get involved with disputes between two card holders. They have to solve it up between themselves. A p2p transaction is like a CASH transaction. "Buyer/Seller be aware".
