survived my 1st week!!
 

well folks, it's now midnight here, just got home from my new office job not too long ago, but at noon earlier today was my 1 week anniversary of being TOTALLY SMOKE FREE!! I didn't cheat at all, not even one puff, just quit cold turkey and I feel so proud of myself!! My energy levels are through the roof, my bank account balance is increasing everyday and I'm lovin' it!!

It's a start..good luck..avoid the bars

Congrats Blazi. It's a great feeling to quite smoking since so many people find it impossible to do. I'v been smoke free for 7 years now. I used to smoke 40 cigs a day for 10 days. That was $6 a day habbit. So over the last 7 years I have saved myself $15,330 .. wow. when you look at it like that it's a lot of useless smoke.

My tips are:
- Don't hang around people that smoke for a while. Once you have control then do whatever you like.
- Grab some tick tacs. Here
- Keep going, don't go back to them. Think about how much more money you will have and better breath you will have.

Try to don't even think about smokes. Just forget about them. Ignore them. You will overcome your addiction this way. Otherwise, you'll fall again.
