How important that is for content buyers? Like us-we always stand for our productios and follow the rule that customer is always right. So curious would people pay more but have a customer service or pay less and have content produsers that sucks-Hard to reach Do not deliver on time and disapear.

To tell you the truth you have to provide quality product and good customer service. Straight up, webmasters will flip on you the minute you don't return a call or email, and if your content isn't good then thats that.
