It can also be seen in regards to adult oriented establishments as well. Some counties do not have even ONE strip club. Then moving into another its g-string and pasties and going into Miami-Dade I was approached by a dancer who propositioned me by asking first if I was a cop?then going on to say BJ is $60 and a fuck is $90 in the VIP. So I will have to argue with you on that one. Since I am a Floridian I know some other little secrets as well but I will not rat out the biz I work in.

By virtue of the mann act it is illegal EVEN in California where it is perfectly legal to shoot adult content to pay to get the talent there (by airline/boat/car/bus/train)?so in theory you can be brought up on FEDERAL charges for violation of the mann act if you do so.

those guys were first being investigated because of PROSTITTUTION and ESCORTING (solicitation/procurring) not producing porn.

it was after further investigation that LE found out they were producing porn and had a site. if it wasnt for that you would not have heard about the story.

the mann act is being used agaisnt them for the escort/prost offenses - and in this case the adult production too (because of the county) but in most cases the mann act isnt used agaisnt content producers/studios ect.
