It will be a good chance to get a legal opinion on the Cash Titans obscenity and racketeering arrest in Florida and what Chad thinks about producing porn anywhere besides LA country, California, if you live in the US.

Bump for those of you that care, and based on the chatter in the Ray Ghun threads, I'm guessing some of you are concerned about legal issues. We start in about 3 hours.

BUT~

I am sure the arrests in Florida are going to be the hot topic today. The California Supreme Court "legalized" the porn industry by deciding that paying someone to have sex for a movie was not prostitution.
Other states have not confronted the issue. Ray Guhn's case could end up in Florida's highest court where the decision could "legalize" filming porn in Florida. That is years away but these arrests happen to be big news now shortly before the elections so there may be a political motive.
