what do you do when you have hostng on a safe_mode php server

and you need to create a file or thumb and touch command does not work and ini_set safe mode off does not work either? Is there hope?

fopen does not work either
its not a fooking open_base thing either i can't create a file in the same dir :/

stupid fuckers setup all this security crap and don't even run in suexec..
