Tito Vs Shamrock, Who will win?

Quite the grudge between the two, Fight is on in a couple weeks or so, should be interesting. Predictions?

wargames 06-26-2006 06:45 PM

Tito for the win :)
Tito owned shamrock in there last fight

xNetworx 06-26-2006 06:47 PM

Tito should EASILY win .... BUT ... A win for Ken would mean a rubber match which = more $ for the UFC... So unless the UFC is 100% shade free... Tito may allow himslef to get Ko'd/Submitted because it would mean millions for the UFC for the 3rd fight

candyflip 06-26-2006 06:48 PM

Tito, he's gonna pound Shamrock into retirement.

Screaming 06-26-2006 06:51 PM

Tito is going to own him. Ken is to old to fight that guy.

Fucksakes 06-26-2006 06:53 PM

Tito will win.. it will be very sad if not, tito earned alot of respect as a coach, he dedicated himself for them kids.. unlike shamrock.. the old selfish, thinks he is all that, don't care about his fans prick.

I am praying tito hurts him bad.

MikeVega 06-26-2006 06:55 PM

Tito is a much more rounded fighter ... shamrocks only shot is to get a lucky punch.

Spencer4Hire 06-26-2006 07:17 PM

i predict shamrock comes out swinging for the fences for first 30seconds...if tito can get through that...i think shamrock wants to kill him from seeing the show/commercials...

i cant wait

Anthony 06-26-2006 07:24 PM

Shamrock loses.

Beaten into a living death by Tito.

I guess only MMA fans will understand this.

Thomas N 06-26-2006 07:27 PM

The age difference is just too much. It certainly hasn't improved since their last fight. Shamrock was a step too slow last fight, this fight he'll probably be two steps too slow. Plus they are fighting at Tito's ideal weight, and anything but Ken's ideal weight. I see this going pretty much like the last one, as do the sports books and it seems most mma fans.

What is Shamrock's ideal weight? He fought at 205 before.

Thomas N 06-26-2006 07:30 PM

225ish.

Didn't Shamrock fight with a torn ACL the first time? I've never torn my ACL but I'm pretty sure that would inhibit your movement. I think these guys hate each other so much that their emotions will probably get the best of them and it will come down to cardio.

SomeCreep 06-26-2006 08:27 PM

no contest, Tito all the way

Mr. Romance 06-26-2006 08:28 PM

Tito...

Mr. Romance

NickB. 06-26-2006 08:30 PM

Yeah tito will damage him into retirement

Pipecrew 06-26-2006 08:34 PM

Shamrock will kill himself if he loses, I will go for the underdog and bet on shamrock

dunefield 06-26-2006 08:45 PM

I agree, Tito will win easily

SCOOTER 06-26-2006 09:08 PM

Tito will win.

Makingcoin 06-26-2006 09:24 PM

Tito is going to smash him.

ready lube 06-26-2006 09:27 PM

I think Tito will lose if he takes Ken to lightly. Ken is and always will be a bad ass. As far as the UFC being "shade free" as pimpporn put it, I think you might have something...when Tito fought Chuck the Iceman last time it sure looked kinda staged towards the end when Tito ate all those punches and did not answer back!

I think it would be cool to see Ken win in which I bet he would announce his retirement right there. It will be a great fight no matter who wins I'm sure and the Camaro's just add fuel to the fire - insult to injury!

I'm gonna have to go with Ken on this one even though I'm sure I'm in the minority.

Vitasoy 06-26-2006 09:37 PM

Tito will elbow him till ref stoppage

Domain Distribution 06-26-2006 10:24 PM

Somebody's going to get beat to a living dead.

That's right, beaten into the form of a Zombie.

Jim_Gunn 06-26-2006 10:57 PM

Tito will easily dominate him again.

stevo 06-26-2006 11:16 PM

MGM Grand just gave me 6 tickets, should be a good fight to watch... Also looking forward to Sylvia vs Arlovski rematch.

xerex 06-27-2006 12:11 AM

tito for sure!:thumbsup

tony286 06-27-2006 12:13 AM

time for shamrock to retire, its ashame they get old the mind is willing but the body isnt.

DirtyRider 06-27-2006 12:24 AM

Ken doesn't get a lot of respect. He doesn't suck. As long as he doesn't train with the same guys and doesn't have any injuries he might do pretty good... and damn he's really gotta work on his ground defence.

Spencer4Hire 06-27-2006 07:35 AM

why would u think UFC could possbly be fixed? r these guys that crazy that they would take that kind of punishment to lose....just to have rematch???

dynastoned 06-27-2006 07:37 AM

shamrock is fucking old.. tito takes it in the 2nd minute.

Some people will take a hell of a punishment for the right $$$

maalox 06-27-2006 07:58 AM

IMO,
Tito is too much of a dick--too disrespectful to the people who paved the way for him,i was so glad when chucky kicked his fucking ass!
Ken,if you have one more in ya.....nows the time!

Honez 06-27-2006 08:02 AM

You know, I used to think Tito was a dick too but, after watching him on the Ultimate Fighter series, I gained a whole new level of respect for him and I lost a lot for Ken.

Tito should easily win this fight. Ken needs to give it up. He isn't all that anymore. At least Randy knew when it was time to step out of the octogan.

I guess you missed TUF 3.

Mike AI 06-27-2006 08:05 AM

Tito. Shamrock should know when to retire.

SxDx 06-27-2006 08:12 AM

I like both fighters and don't care who wins, so long as it's a good fight. It'd be a lot more exciting if Shamrock won though

He was also 230ish for every fight he's won and done well in. He also did very well in the fight you are referencing until he started having heart palpitations and was worried he was having a heart attack.

His natural fighting weight is anywhere from 225 up to 240. He has to cut severely to get to 205, its a well known fact.

Kimo - again
Yoshiki Takahasi
Kaatsuomi Inagaki
Larry Papadopoulos
Dan Severn - 1995 <<<Stopping here

Oh yeah, I can see how he did well at 235 with those guys. LOL
