Attn: Etelegate merchants. Fraud charges being filed!

If you are an Etelegate merchant (not a iBill transferee) and haven't been getting paid on time and in full then chime in here. After being with Etelegate for a year I have been getting the runaround for the last few months, ie. nonpayment for sales, non-payment of overdue reserves, and a bunch of evasive and fraudulent communications. Same thing that happened to iBill merchants is now happening to Etelegate merchants and of course we all know about the iBill rebilling fraud that is underway. In any event I have given up on trying to get paid. They had their chance. I have a family full of lawyers and cops. We are making a family project out of these SOBs and will not stop, whatever the time and cost, in getting these criminals prosecuted.

It won't cost you anything except maybe a notary fee if you choose to provide a letter. My lawyers will handle everything. I have the resources and evidence to go it alone but you are welcome to chime in and help with the prosecution if you have evidence to share. For instance if you were told that your "payment info" was missing or "disappeared" then let me know. If you show a settlement as "paid" but never got the money then let me know. If you were told to write "Scott" or "Scott Price" or "[email protected]" to resolve the matter then let me know. Basically anything you were told while not getting paid may be an individual act of fraud so let's hear about it.

IMPORTANT: You must be willing to back up your assertions with a notarized letter and be willing to cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

Please no iBill transferees. I'm sorry but even though the target is the same we don't have quite the same axe to grind. Still... anything we can do to get these folks prosecuted and off the "street" is a win for all merchants so iBill transferees are encouraged to pursue their claims vigorously.

Etelegate and staff: If you read this then know that you had your chance to be honest (or even close enough) and now I am going to do everything in my power to put as many of you as possible into prison.

M, For your information, we the iBill transferees, were told by Etelegate that your "payment info" was missing or "disappeared", we show a settlement as "paid" but never got the money they owe us. We were told to write "Scott" or "Scott Price" or "[email protected]" to resolve the matter, but never received shit. Basically we were fucked first by IBILL, then by Etelegate. As you see, we do have quite the same axe to grind.

If you really want to put those assholes in prison, then you shouldnt exclude anyone that was "raped" by Etelegate. IBILL transferees can help your case too.

I am not qualified to rally the iBill folks because I was never an iBill merchant and I am not going let Etelegate use iBill as a smoke screen. I want to show that the Etelegate folks are crooks in and of themselves with no one else to blame.

Etelegate (Scott Price) "officially terminated" me yesterday after I told him I was pursuing criminal charges. Sort of redundant after months of non-payment and other failings (constructive termination) and is incriminating when the honest businesslike thing to do was pay me. Criminals are so predictable once exposed.
