I just arrived in Paris. I can't logon to my server to updates my sites !

I use to log in from Montreal.

Webair's 'online help' is non existent and I Need to connect now !
What the fuck is going on ?

Did anybody ever experienced the same problem ?
Any idea what is going on ?

I am chatting with their techs now and they are doing a great job to help.

If anyone else have an idea on this matter... Don't hesitate to post it here !

I just spoke with TS and they are there .. a simple process of hitting the live tech support button .. never had a single problem .. I may have had to wait 5 mins tops on christmas but thats it :)

Its not a complaint when someone cant figure out how to use one of the half dozen ways they have to contact them. :2 cents:

Most of which could be solved by picking up the phone. I am sure a lot more of us would praise them highly if asked. I know I would.
