we have a rule where if i send someone a txt msg you cant call back unless the person on the other end says its ok, only txt2txt.

I think it's because they have less to look forward to in messages. You take away the potential pussy messages and what does a man have to look forward to? Hell, I'd probably check my phone once a day.
