Do you have an NDA with your host?
So, interesting question...
How many of you have an NDA with your host and do you think you should have an NDA with your hosting company. If not why and if you do?. WHY? |
I don't have one. I don't see the need for one. Of course, I'm not a producer, and I don't have anything super sensitive on my server.
|
Yea, but if you are working on an idea and they take it and marktet it based on what your doing?
|
I dont have a NDA in place with my host but I doubt they would ever do anything to harm me or my biz. I have been with them for a longtime and they have always treated me good. I dont see the need for NDA for my current "main" hosting provider.
If they would do anything bad against me or my biz I would just be out of there so fast and I would try bring with me as many as I can. If I would be working on something that would really revolutioniz the industry then maybe I would ask my host for a NDA. |
It mostly depends on your relationship with the host. Because in the end if your idea takes off the host still prospers because you are driving bandwidth through their servers.
If you are honestly wondering about NDAs then you either have a truly unique idea or else the apprehension is just a more general indication that you and your host may be lucking in trust. In the end it's always better to be safe than sorry, so it really just depends on the idea and the relationship. |
NDA is for wussies
