if you search porn on google, this address comes up first: pichunter.com, but why? it only has a Page rank of 5, aren't there tons of others (with the word porn) out there with higher Page ranks?

The obvious answer is that page rank is not the end all and be all of serp placement. 1 factor of many.

I don't see anything special about the way the site is layed out via source code. Mine pointing me to the key areas? The only thing that stands out is the way he dumps the gallery lists. Inwhich I do the same thing and don't get rankings like that.
