If youre talking about transferring away from Yahoo - you shouldnt need anything on the Yahoo side - just transfer it with the new registrar and once Yahoo gets notified they will send you the normal transfer email - if you want to transfer TO Yahoo - dont :)

You have to give them a blood sample and sign over your firstborn son.
