Best thing i find is just running outside, helps me think plan scripts etc

i have a local gym membership. i find it much more useful than a home gym. most people dont use home gyms. plus if you go to a gym there is plenty of hotties to check out there. if you go to a gym, i wouldnt recommend a gym like golds, etc. thats where all the big bodybuilders go and theres barely any girls there. i started working out about 2 years ago and i've been working out an average of 3-4 time a week ever since.

also going to a gym the equipment is going to be 10x better and 10x more variety.

They make great coatracks.

Well, if you are the type of person that likes to work out, then get it! If not, then I'm sure it will make a beautiful coat rack. lol.
I personally am the type of person that loves to work out, so exercise equipment is money well spent on me. I belong to my local Gold's Gym, but when I don't make it the the gym I use my home equipment. Cassie |
beemk's right. Go to a gym, it'll get you motivated seeing all the other big guys and hot girls there. Plus you'll have equipement so much more equipement to choose from. Especially for the legs, you got the power racks for squats, leg press, leg extensions, smith machines, calf machines. This is like 10,000s of equipement i just named just for the legs.
