Question on RSS2Blog and Feeds with pics...

I use both RSS2Blog and ABP...

I thought that maybe R2B was not pulling images for some reason and then I realized it doesn't pull an entire portion of the feed:

Seems to be that it is missing THE MOST IMPORTANT PART of the post...

Anyone else experiencing this? By not pulling that part of the post it misses the picture and often a few paragraphs of text.

Yes, RSS2B does not seem to be able to pull content inside the <content:encoded> tag. It only pulls stuff inside <description> tag. Might be a bug that needs to get reported to RSS2B support. I will do it as well.

discovered that last week after an affiliate hit me up about rss2blog not pulling the images....so for now here is the entire nubilesblog feed contents in the description tags

Yeah, I guess it depends on the method of feed generation. For example, with Worpdpress it's a simple matter to include the image thumb inside the "excerpt" box, then set your feed to excerpt mode. I know a lotta people have issues with going "full article", and I know the SE's do too. Some other feed generators are a little trickier to tweak than a WP blog. But a few of the ones I like I know are coming out with updates very soon that will make it easier to do some things like include a thumb in the feed in excerpt mode. It's a great time for RSS.
