Man I hope Lewis pummels Tyson. Tyson is a fuck. He's a spoiled little boy who needs a spanking and I think Lewis is the man to do it.

it will suck bad if Lewis boxes, like he did against David Tua - BORING. Boring, but smart, as he did not get hit. Can't blame him.

BUT - the big but, here - since I have to shell out cash for a PPV to see this, I want to be entertained, so I hope Lewis treats Tyson the way all bullies need to be treated. Hit him early, hit him hard, hit him often. And throw in some low blows, elbows, and headbutts, too. All the while, talk trash.

i know what you're talking about, i bet he will fight EXACTLY the way he did tua, keep him at bay with his 4 foot long monkey arms and never let tyson get close enough to touch him. that fight was so completely boring and gay, tua hit him good like one time and he looked like half his haed was going to rip off, so lewis just meandered around with his arms out being a putz till he get a decision.

I hope that psychotic motherfucker beats Lewis into a coma.

I don't really like either of these guys. But a Tyson fight is now like a car wreck on the Interstate, you just have to look.

Holyfield put this idea (Lewis/Tua) in my head. He said that the way to beat Tyso is how he (and Douglas) did it - do unto him before he does unto you. But Holyfiled said he did not think Lewis could fight like that. So I figure he either uses his reach, or gets his head taken off with an uppercut.

I think the winner fights Holyfield. That is really the only name out there right now (and I bet they both think he's shot enough to be a "safe" fight)

Lewis CANT fight Tyson like he did Tua, because Tyson doesnt fight like Tua, hes just built like him.

Tyson will jump on Lewis and stay on him till he either knocks him out, or gets knocked out.

well, he's a shadow of his former self, but he can still punch like a mofo. Add Lewis having a suspect chin, stir in some wild WWF bullshit, and you have the PPV. Unless Mike self-destructs before the fight comes off.

Tyson needs to win the fight in the early rounds or he probably won't be able to win at all. If Tyson is in the shape he's been in lately, he'll be dead tired by the 5th round and Lewis should be able to punish his ass. However, if Mike comes out swinging like a mad man in round one, he has a decent chance of knocking Lewis out in the first few rounds.

Imagine if Tyson won, he'd be the champ again. What a nightmare for boxing.

Last I saw, the spread on the fight is 7 rounds on the Under...that's my bet! IF Lewis doesn't get nailed by psycho-Tyson within the first 6, he'll flip and most likely try to bite a finger off or something. Tyson is an animal; and just like Steve said, you can't help but look at a car wreck...or road-kill for that matter. ;)

Either way, it's gonna be an entertaining fight and I for one would love to see Tyson get his ass kicked from here to Sunday!

Tyson is the real thing. A beast. An animal. A modern day gladiator. Back in ancient rome they had gladiators fight eachother, now we have Tyson. Why do you guys thing this PPV is priced at 54.95? Because Lewis is fighting? ROFL. Nobody is paying to see that boring fool.

I fear Lewis will win, but I hope God gives Tyson the strength and power to knock him out and kill this idiot inside the ring.

as i've said in earlier threads, im with steve and DMR.. i don't care how much differently Tyson fights the Tua, he's going to get the same treatment.. if Tyson has to jump to hit lewis like Tua did then good fucking luck.. I think Tua would wipe the floor with Tyson in his current semi has-been state.. Tyson will need INCREDIBLE luck if Lewis does a re-run of the Tua fight.. which i did PPV for, and felt absolutely rorted for forking out for half an hour of boredom and frustration at Tua succumbing to reach rather than skill. But if lewis slips up he might get lucky.. knock his head off..

SilverSiR, Lewis is typically a boring fighter indeed; he's all technique...but, it'll be interesting to see what happens in the ring with Tyson.

I'm not a Tyson fan for sure, I Always route for the other guy. :winkwink:

I predict a Lewis win. Tyson still has punching power, so if he gets a solid shot, he still could win, but this can be said about any heavy weight.
