YP.com scam just came in the mail
 

Sent me a check for $3.25 in an old company name. Two part check with no real info on it. Over the signing area on the back is a whole contract for advertising at 27.5 per month.

Amazing that this is going to fly.

you should print your own contract below theirs, that says, by paying this check you agree to my advertising service at $199 per month. :1orglaugh

How does this work? Can they deduct from your checking account if you deposit the check?

Yeah it was listed as an ACH or from the Telcom. crazy shit. Used a local bank to me too. I should send it the attourney general
