plus if you know how to run your business on a daily basis, then you ask someone else to do it, you know 99% of the time they wont do a job like you would be doing it, then in the long run you would spend half the time fixing their errors.

thats why i have never gone the outsourching route, because i know it would be a waste when i can do the work myself, and if i fuck up at least i can blame myself.

I guess that all depends on how much you take advantage of that person. If you're dumping 1600$ worth of work on him then yeah, chances are he'll screw you at some point. But if you don't try to take advantage of it, chances are he won't.

And yes, anyone that will feel that it is not payed well enough will fuck you big time. I outsource work to some other people from time to time and 60% of the cases when I give work to other people I get screwed over...

I wouldn't fuck someone over for $800/mo however i would do the job. So long the job was just for the wage. And if it wasn't I'd get my a week notice. And leave in good graces.

Depends on what you view as "screwing someone over". If you hire someone for a part time job, you can pretty much expect the person only working part of his time.

Matter of pride. Never fuck someone over. Even if you're only making $800/mo. Always do the best you can. Earn a good rep and make $5K/mo or 6 figures a year.

It would be worth it to work for nothing to get a start in a business. The education alone has value. If you don't have a job, working for free beats sitting on your ass. Of course you could always start a TGP on a free host.

Over the years I've found the only reliable person I can count on in this industry...is me.

There's far too many fly-by-nighters, wannabes, hacks, lazyass morons out there to even consider outsourcing. Not saying all - but a large percentage. Very few people take pride in a job well done these days, which is really sad.

Much of the time they just want to churn out shit, maximize profits...and fuck people over as quickly as possible. Quality be damned.

If you take the job fully knowing what is expected of you and know you are only getting 800 bucks a month, then you should work to your best ability.

There is no reason to fuck anyone over, if you are not happy with the job leave with all your morals intact and just explain.

800 bucks a month is not a lot but if that person wants to take on the work for that then they should work to their best...Nothing less.

I think it matters what state you are in, but I think the lowest is $5.15 in the farming regions

Here in Illinois it's $6.50 and noone can work at $6.50/h and pay their rent and eat at the same time. This world is a joke

Last I heard here it was like 5.25, but that was ages go. No one can really live on that.

But for the thread topic, I wouldn't fuck someone over if they paid me $800 per month. But I wouldn't even take it in the first place if it were full time with no real learning experience. I definitely wouldn't use that as my sole income, that's just not in the neighborhood reasonable, even with gaining experience. I like to eat.. a LOT.

you can work for 4 people a month at that rate.. but if you fuck over one, the others will dump you.
