Any 'Lowrider' Fans Around?
 

I'm talkin' bout Lowrider cars.

I used to airbrush/customize vans/cars/motorcycles/boats/planes etc. Now I'm looking at the cars today with the hydraulics and space age computerized stuff and am amazed.

I'm thinking of trickin' out my RV.

lowriders aren't a big thing down here in australia,
the custom car shows some do shove the hydraulics onto them , but its very rare

i love lowriders! i wish to get an old 64 Impala and trick it out...

cool car, but I like the old 51 mec's the big old led sleds.. spark plugs in the tail pipes like my father did lol

Although any early 60s Impala is what I'm shooting for...haven't nailed down an exact year that I 'got' to have.

a turn for the better in my opinion.. those mexican lowriders were always somewhat tacky to me

Not too into them anymore, but when I was 17, I had a euro lowrider.. Was in the lowrider super show here in Vegas... 100 Spokes, 12 switches, 5k watt system, candy paint, powdercoated undercarriage... Needless to say, I snapped the eurobody frame hopping it.

Now I'm pretty much only into luxury cars and fast cars.

I'm looking to grab something i can trick out ..but not a true low rider .. maybe just a nice set of air bags ..:thumbsup

Oh my god! Whatever you do do NOT sell that car. It's a masterpiece! I know people on the east coast who would sell you their first born.

One thing I love about California is that I can stand in front of my house and see all kinds of classic cars driving by all day. Back east it's rare to find a car 20 years old as the salt and rain rust em' out.
