alot of teams reword their team name and change their team colors... one of the reasons is marketing.. and they sell more merchandise.

I'm not much of a hockey fan, but that name always bothered me. 'Mighty' Ducks? I'm pretty sure when anyone looks at a duck, the last word that would come to your mind when describing the duck would be 'mighty'.
