I will be buying a new hosting package within 2-3 days and i want to know if anyone can beat this ServerMatrix package

i've had a server with them for over 3 years, i never really need their support, especially since i hire a server manager :thumbsup

I haven't had a problem with their support but then again I've never really needed them.

Package looks pretty decent, and so do the terms of service. I might have to think about getting a box there to test them out over time.

JaguarPC has some of the best deals I've seen, http://www.jaguarpc.com/, but their support is quite literally non-existent! If you have a problem and ticket them the prob. they will almost always e-mail back with 'The problem is fixed now. Thanks. Everything is good'. They often give partial refunds/discounts on monthly server fees as well if you complain enough so you can get their service for 20-35% cheaper than listed if you are persistent enough in complaining to them of various problems you encounter (hey, make some up if none exist!).
