That story is fucking remarkable and scary at same time. Reason being that when applied to humans it means we may well be able to ( probably already done ) bring hope to infertile couples. What's scary is the Frankensteing implications. Being able to create life.

This story shows how researchers have discovered how marrow stem cells had receptors that previously were unknown. Meaning they are designed to target infection. That means in theory, diseases like AIDS that shift and duck and hide are soon gonna be zeroed in on.
