Check out this house I'm buying (PICS)

Seller just accepted our offer, we should be moving in the first week of August. My wife LOVES this house, I'm pretty sure she had multiple orgasms every time we drove by.

It's a victorian, 3000sq ft living, over 4000sq ft total, on 2.5 acres.

The outside of the house (That's not the street you see there, it's a circle driveway, the house sits quite a ways back from the road)

Yeah I hear you. I don't understand it myself, it's kind of like paying extra for jeans that look old.
But I think the whole house is meant to "look old", even though it was built in '01.

xNetworx 06-24-2006 12:44 PM

Nope.

I will say that we expect the appraisal to come in between $350-400K.

No garage, it's got a covered 2 car carport with a covered walkway to the backdoor, and attached to that is a shed.

Which is better for me because I never park in my garage, I use the garage for storage.
This way at least I still have the storage and my cars will be covered.

Jon Clark - BANNED FOR LIFE 06-24-2006 01:23 PM

Congrats of the place bro, it will clean up real nice!

oh geezus fuhking christ... why must people feel it is necessary to conceal how much they paid for a house. what difference does it make? he was just being curious. you want to share the pics of your home inside and out and all the details of the house, yet you don't want to disclose how much you paid for it? as if you are hiding something? guess what.. you aren't. did you happen to notice all of the pics you are posting.

i don't get some peoples concept of thinking. "hey look guys.. i just bought a pretty white house... look at all these pics!! but it's none of your business how much i paid.. but here's the appraised value" ..

wtf?

Pornwolf 06-24-2006 01:31 PM

LittleSassy 06-24-2006 01:34 PM
