Seller just accepted our offer, we should be moving in the first week of August. My wife LOVES this house, I'm pretty sure she had multiple orgasms every time we drove by.

It's a victorian, 3000sq ft living, over 4000sq ft total, on 2.5 acres.

Yeah I hear you. I don't understand it myself, it's kind of like paying extra for jeans that look old.
But I think the whole house is meant to "look old", even though it was built in '01.

i love these real estate threads in GFY (used to be a real estate broker before getting into porn)...

No garage, it's got a covered 2 car carport with a covered walkway to the backdoor, and attached to that is a shed.

Which is better for me because I never park in my garage, I use the garage for storage.
This way at least I still have the storage and my cars will be covered.

i don't get some peoples concept of thinking. "hey look guys.. i just bought a pretty white house... look at all these pics!! but it's none of your business how much i paid.. but here's the appraised value" ..
