Royal Cash ( this might turn into drama)
 

well early yesterday I noticed that the royal cash backend was not counting my clicks so I decided to investigate the whole system..................


before I post what I found and talk about the royal cash response

has anyone been dealing with this sponsor for an extended amount of time??

well lets just say im deleting my royal casjh links:thumbsup :thumbsup before i get ripped off to much more

well it really all started yesterday when I noticed the clicks not being counted and that all the other sponsors sharing pages with them had been converting. I decided to check the rest of the system they are running out as well.

within 5 minutes I was pissed I went from one of my FHG's with them and followed through as if i were a surfer.

after clicking through and getting to the join page

I noticed a link that said " if your credit card will be declined click here"

this was at the top of the join payment options
when i clicked the link it opened up a whole new site with a join page without my referal links in the url

instantly im like WHAT THE FUCK????/

so I ICQ CCAINE and tell her/him while we are in ICQ the links from from FHG's and the traffic is being changed by someone at their office on the fly

he/she tells me ok try it now and afeter a few trys my ref code shows up in the URL

now im really suspicious so I start checking out the billing options they have ( three diffrent payment processors) and of course its the same thing

I tell Caine and he/she tells me they are working on making sure affiliates get credit and that its was due to my cookies :1orglaugh

oik so I said well lets check out the third and final billing company they use and after verifying the same problem with ccaine again I was told that they dont know why its not working

( afiliate gets no credit)

but they are working on it when I asked if it would be fixed within 24 hours the person on the other end of the ICQ begin to type in broken engliush

"this not so quick to fix"

so one of my surfers posted that they had joined the site and posted 5 pics from inside the site

I check the stats again and do I see a sale??? no

other programs listed on the same page are showing 5-600 more clicks then the 30 they are showing and there are only 10 programs listed on thsione page

bottom line is this

they are suspect

by the way they just changed the site again within the last few hours so some of this stuff may have changed

oh yeah while ccaine would not admit that afiliates were not getting paid for two of the billing options he did admit that afiliates were not and would not be getting paid for sales completed using the 2000 billing company

hopefully this thread will help them get their stuff together

Might explain why I've never made a sale with them.

It's a shame if they are doing this, because they have good material and good presentation and their sites have converted well for me.

I hope they will step in here and give a good answer to these concerns.
