Nobody can, don't let anybody fool you. It has been a lot of scam related to it, you pay, they promisse and after months you end without money and with a crap 10k site. Than somebody managed once to build a 100k site doesn't mean he can do it again. If they could do anytime they want, they wouldn't need to sell them for cheap.

Nothing against the guys advertising it in this thread as i don't know them, but trust me, else you will regret.
