I've been posting on here long enough where I think it's okay if I make a program announcement. For those hosts that would like to spam their own shit in this thread, Go Fuck Yourself! ..and start your own damned thread. I'm excited to be announcing this stuff to you guys, I've not made these services available publicly until NOW. So yes, you might even find a typo on my new hosting website.

We hosts all have different price points, service offerings, hardware and networks. You can learn a bit more about my operation at http://www.sinhost.com - in case any of you are wondering, the bandwidth is not Cogent, it's Verio. Ultimately, there's something for everyone represented here on GFY. So, take it easy on me - some of you are cheaper and some of you are more expensive... but not many are as beloved or charismatic :winkwink:

I've got two lonely Dell Poweredge 1550's sitting in my colo and I'd like to grab new clients to burn lots of bandwidth on them.

Here's the specs:
A) Dell PE1550, PIII-950ghz, 512ECC, Dual 18gig 10k rpm SCSI drives, PERC3 Raid Card w/64mb RAM

B) Dell PE1550, PIII-1.13ghz, 512ECC, Dual 18gig 10k rpm SCSI drives

The special offer? :warning $1 per Gig for anything over 750 Gigs and I'll slash the server rent down to just $250. So, 750 Gigs of quality bandwidth and your own kick ass dedicated server for only $1000 with no setup, hidden charges or contract. If anyone wants more than 1750 Gigs/mo I'll waive the server rent altogether. Contact me for more details! (Limited to two customers! The larger customer gets the server with the PERC3 Raid card)

All my dedicated plans include unlimited IP addresses FREE.

Everyone else? Well, since this is the first time I've ever marketed SinHost here is a smattering of other specials. All have no setup and no contract:

Thanks Pete! However this isn't Cogent... Shit, we had a whole thread about the differences in hosting just last week. For what it's worth, I've checked my pricing against every notable host and I'm right in the mix. Cheaper on many plans, same on others and negligably more on a few. Like you said, there's customers out there for everyone :)

hate to say it but unless you have some great contacts you won't make it with these prices... 99% of the webmasters solely look at price when it really comes down to it, at least with new hosts like you.

Pipecrew - Perhaps if they 'fucked you hardcore' and charged less then you truly got what you paid for? Not that I think charging less is any excuse for bad hosting. For what it's worth, small virtual accounts aren't exactly my goal. :winkwink:

Global Crossing....AND THEY ARE STILL SHOPPING PRICE.

I mean, I think I talked about this earlier, but if you spend a little more and make a lot more, it seems more reasonable...

Just the daunt of re-assigning a slash-19 five times over would haunt me for years...

ive been with a number of hosts, and its been my experience that u get what u pay for. i would never host with anyone who had dirt cheap bandwidth, simply because there is no way they can sell it that cheap if its reliable.
