That big fucking cloud you see, well it bursted in a hell of a rain downfall while I was on the roof of " Hotel de La Montagne " at 8.00 ....
Bunch of idiots ran for the elevators ( woohooo, I am going to get wet ) and pushed so much that a girl just fainted there .. fell like a sack of potatoes on the ground ....
I am trained for rescuing ( mainly cute girls ), so I took care of her .. she is fine, since you ask ... :playboy

I'm at the Hotel terrasse bar .. a few times a week .. a very good buddy is a bartender there .. and the place is full of cougars :)

Yes, I had the corner unit with the terrace... In fact, I installed myself ( a real miracle) the flower boxes on top of the terrace walls...

That building had so much problems, that it ended up being a loss of near 200K for me in 1995 ....

My unit was featured twice in Decormag, once on the cover as the apartment of Pierre Lambert of " Lance et Compte " TV serie ....

Near Pie-IX and Henri-Bourassa, and just one minute walk from the Hotel de Ville and the polyvalente.

I don't think Montreal-North would be a good area from your friend to move in. Have a look at http://louer.com/ for listings of apartments in Montreal.
