The Derogatory Term"Surfer(s)" - they pay your bills!!!
 

so why do most adult webmasters treat "surfers" or at least talk about them
like shit...to a great extent they actually have qualifications better than yours and lead a steady life, with a good to very good income....

guys... these people want a quick fix to get them off...

be happy you have them!!!!

there are surfers and there are webmasters.

this is a webmaster board. surfers do not belong here... they belong on my website making me money.

Look at it this way... ever worked in customer service? How many times have you bitched about your clients, even though they are the ones giving you money, they always find a way to piss you off.

This business is the same thing. We are offering people a service, and of course some of them will touch a nerve here and there, its human nature.


Do we make derogatory remarkes constantly about surfers? no. Only when they do stupid things or if they come here and post 130 times a day then whine until they get greened

yes i did for quite a while in the early days...but i doubt most people here have a real close enough relationship with their "clients" to get pissed off

I think the "surfers" that are looked down on are the ones pretending to be webmasters.

Also the ones who think their password is "enter password"...

i don't think MOST webmasters think of surfers as shit.
but this is where we talk about business.
