I called three times and got to speak with French ladies named LaShonda, Chantal and Quasheba.

The French are known for being aggressive, stupid and lazy. Stop trying to cut on costs and instead of these French hire some English speaking gentlemen from Bombai like everyone else.

Those names don't sound French at all.

Well except for Chantal... but, something tells me that they are from the Carribeans or something

They did not have any French accent whatsoever so I am beginning to wonder. Did not sound like Caribean either, just very aggressive.

New Delhi unit really pulls through at times.. when I called them to ask if they could raise my daily limit I was asked if I re-booted my computer and what operating system I have ... :mad:

I think that Dell and the other companies should move the call centers back to the USA. I can't tell what they are saying and they all claim to be John Smith. WTF?

Knowing how expensive can be french employees I really doubt they were french.
