Don't you guys think that whenever you ask a woman to post her "tits" whenever she joins GFY, is considered sexual harassment? It's just that nobody ever mentioned it before, but I think they could easily sue us :helpme

A reasonable court and judge would look at it on this angle and throw it out, but there are still many assholes who would go by definition of law and base there opinion by the book

No I don't think it's harassment, the girls are not working for us, and they come to the board freely, and post the pics only if they want to..... It's all in good fun and not Harassment in any way.:2 cents:

Imagine you work at human resources dept. and you request all ladies that come for an interview to show you their tits. They didn't go to an interview to show their tits, same as they never expected to be asked that question when they first post on GFY.

Stripping clubs are different. The girls sign contracts and stuff saying that they're gonna show censored parts of their bodies, blah, blah, etc.

Why are the guys never asked to show their penis then? (I'm not hinting anything here)

That's a different situation entirely. The girls at the interview would be obliged to show their tits to get the job, the girls here are in no way being employed and are free to post whether they show tits or not and just about all seem to realise that.
A better analogy would be builders up some scaffolding shouting it out. Perhaps some builders have been sued for it somehwere but if so I've never heard about it.

Well, I don't really think that they don't expect this question. They have most probably read some of the tit showing threads. Can you imagine a lady who sees GFY for the first time and begins posting immediately? Anyway, is there something to be afraid of - it's just a web message board, can a lady expect that if she don't show tits we'll come into her house asking for tits again?!

B) Anyone who posts on a board without reading it for at least a day prior to posting to know what they're getting into deserves what they get.
