How do you spend your money? Quality vs. Quantity
 

You receive $1000 s a gift but you must go out and spend it in 24 hours.:)

Question is: Do you spend it on the most expensive item you can get for the money or do you buy a bunch of lesser items with the money? :upsidedow

I buy one ok jacket and 50 pairs of cheap cheap socks

id buy like 10 pairs of shoes which together would last for the next 8 years

For me, it depends. If I really like something that worths 1000 bucks, I go for it. If not, I spend them on more items. I'm an impulsive buyer, I don't make plans before shopping.

the questiopn wasnt "what would you do if someone gave you a $1000", it was "what would you do if someone would gave you a $1000 and you'd have to spend it on shopping in the next 24 hours"

I'd invest it into my business... buy an item that will end up making me more than 1000$ (i.e developping a new site or whatever)
