do you make a search for the threads where you posted the previous day to see all the new replies to them?


and do you also take a look at page 3 or so to see if there's some good thread there, or do you just skim the main page to check whats going on ?

usually check important threads ive posted in, it depends on whether its a busy posting day on GFY as to how many pages back i have to go :thumbsup

I usually surf to about page three to check on new posts and I nearly always do the 'find more posts by Sarah_Webinc' thing to see if anything happened in threads I was in before bed.

i just check out about the first 3 pages, so i also see some older threads i posted in before.... i never use the 'subscribed threads' function or the find more posts by this user etc...

The 1st thing I did today was read this thread.

I usually search threads I posted in if I think they were important enough that someone could have posted something useful.

the subscription feauture is next to useless, but you can just start the day with searching for your username ( all recent threads where you posted )

so even if you partied all night and dont remember yesterdays threads at all, you still see all of them

well that is obviously pointless if you post only smileys or completely useless stuff or if you post 50 times daily....

Always? No.. I usually use tabs so those tabs are already open and I don't have time for page 3...

i got back to see what happened, sometimes bump a few threads but not many

I usually don't bother looking back at threads I posted in the day before cause 99% of the time its just filled with non-sensical blabber and not worth the time it takes to read.

I will however check on threads I've started.

And I rarely go to page 2

The first thing I do when I check gfy is to look at threads with sexy titles and pics of animals having sex with people or other animals or she-male threads so I can get a quick jerk before off to work I go go go because I owe owe owe.

i have my preferences set to subsrcibe me to anything i post in.. when i come on i look for anything with the subscribed icon and then i search for anything with keywords relating to people needing design. I only tend to browse the pages beyond 2 is if I'm really bored.

if im posting just to talk to people then i stick to whatever is in the top fold of page 1

it depends on the day. Sometimes yes, sometimes no.

I usually just see what's on the first page and then dig later on in the day when my work is done.

fuck this shit, why noone visits the 3rd page or so?

and then people complain that the quality of threads suck but theres noone to bump a good thread from the older pages :disgust

It really depends.

If I am busy, like during the week, I will visit a few times through the day and skim the main page. When things slow down in the late afternoon, or evening, then I may check page 3 or old posts.

I scan the front page, check my subscribed threads, then if I have time or don't see anything else I'm interested in on the front page I will go back a page or 2.

i check the threads in which i'd like to see the answeres or reactions on my post.

wow i havent been on gfy for 3 or 4 days... a personal record. Right now its weekend so i decided to give my gfy break a small break
