Yep... little point in hoping for much from there. Never got hit in the end by iBill but still would be nice to see em pay a price for ... basically defrauding a load of people. It did cost iBill clients money to let them throw it down the drain - ironic.

On other bad debts over the years.. well, gave up counting around $300K - it would be nice to get even .10 cents on the dollar of that lot, but fat chance. BUT, ya remember the names and who not to trust :winkwink:

Sheesh!! When the hell will they stop lying and trying to defraud by removing data already in their system and using this as an excuse not to pay?

This is a very OLD excuse and used by iBill while Galanis had his fingers in the pie (tho, that situation has not changed - he still does - along with his thieving father).

PS... Any "risk assessment" is not with etelegate/iBill - the risk is totally with their clients who may still be dealing with them.

We didnt get the excuse email or the June 15 wire.

We did get a wire for June 1st, but it was 40% short and when we asked about it they said it was due to a problem with check transactions. Well we have no check transactions at all, so why that would impact our payout is beyond us.

When our Gkard account was sent over to Etelegate it was actually still a sizeable amount of revenue. It has now dwindled into insignificance at Etelegate.

as far as i know they still owe money. And that money is long gone.

with any 3rd party processor, they got you by the balls. All you can do is pray that they do not get in trouble. In a way it is like pay sites being affiliates of these processors. They have the members and members data. And we get paid through them, so it is very scary to think about it.
