Keeper of records and ownership can be different. If they are a California company, check with the Secretary of State of you must know.

Denise is the registered agent for the corporation. She accepts legal process for the company. That is not the same as owner. All states require a registerd agent. Sometimes that's the owner, most of the time not.

It just isn't worth it to do the leg work to confirm Trey is the owner, I believe him. Exception is if he just sold it. If there is a silent partner, what difference does it make??? Trey appears to be running the company or maybe EpicJim is. Got it -- EpicJim is Trey's nanny.

Actually, that's not true. The registered agent will not be on the Sec. of State paper work. Only a current Owner/Officer can be listed.

Epic Cash was indeed bought out not long ago, by someone who needed a full time job after he got fired. He paid off Trey with the massive sum of ONE BEEEEEEEEELION dollars, and finalized the deal with the best blow-job Trey has ever had. And the new owner of Epic Cash is....
