ePassporte: Where is My Virtual Card Information?
 

What have you done with my virtual card information? It was there a while ago when I bitched about it, now when I go in to write it down its gone. And yes, I looked in the message center. Its not there. And I cant get to the old message center anymore, presumeably because it has been killed.

Why do you post here? If you need support you have me on ICQ and have my other contact information.

What information do I need? I thought I made that clear. I need my virtual card number and the other associated information.

You werent on ICQ. And still arent now. I can only message people who come on on ICQ. And is ICQ a secure medium for transport of credit card numbers? No. Nor is e-mail. The message with my information is supposed to be the very first message in the message center, but its not. Thats what I need fixed this time.

And yes, I do admit to feeling an erotic pleasure by publically stabbing ePassporte at every chance I get. Its entertaining. You guys clearly get pleasure out of making your customers uncomfortable, so I like to return the favor every once in a while. After all, good customers treat the company as they are treated.

If you log in and click account your Virtual card number is listed.
I am on ICQ now and have been for about 6 hours straight today except for short periods where I have been N/A.
You could have asked me on ICQ for the information you needed and I would have made sure the information were sent to you, GFY isn't a secure medium either but you were able to ask it here.

I suggest you print out the information and save it in a safe place so you don't lose it again.
