EPASSPORTE - customer input
Theres a couple things that keep bugging me so i figured i would start a poll and see if anyone agrees..
#1 Please show more than 30 days transaction details #2 Please show the pin # in the account , or a button that sends it to your email. |

i have another suggestion.....
fire your entire support staff and hire a new one. picking up a phone and calling epass for customer support is an awful experience. were it not for keyser soze and gfy, i may have stopped using them recently. |

I hate having to email for more than 30 days transactions as it takes a few days when i need it when i requested it .. not days later

I agree completely. I had ordered a book online that was not released yet. The book store put the charge (pending) on the card. Several weeks later, the bookstore notifies me of shipping, and said they charged my card. I look, and yes, there is another charge. I wanted to make sure that there was only ONE charge, and that the previous *pending* one was never taken...but I could not go back that far. This is just an example of why we need the feature.

Boycott ePass for the place in my sig Stormpay, I have used them for years, never had one problem, they used to not except adult that is why most didn't used them, but they now except adult again, I say fuck ePass/Paypal and just use them!
Plus they have all kinds of other goodies, like cheap traffic and even free targeted traffic! |
Why do you need your pin number visible on the account page, or emailed? Ever heard of writing it down?
My bank doesn't do this and they won't even give you the pin number if you call on the phone and can verify all your info... and they certainly aren't emailing it. This seems like an unnecessary security risk. |

I tried to get an account with them. They never tried to make the deposit to my account, so that I could verify it. Then when I finally spoke to KS on icq, I was told that I would need to fax in all of the info about my life.
I told him to forget it. Its not worth the trouble. |
I think that the option to gift as many account as you want would be also a great addition

I've voted 100% agree... that's especially for the history part. I don't get why they wouldn't know that'd be needed from the start, but they didn't ask me.

so it looks like +90% of epassporte's customers want more than 30 days transaction details.. . ok epassporte time to step up to the plate and listen to your customers

And it would be nice if they stopped double billing me and then holding the second charge as "pending' for 30 days.
That really sucks and has happened twice in the last month. |

When I called Epass about it, I was told I could increase the amount if I provided them with a second major credit card. Well fuck...the Visa account I used has a $17k limit on it with no balance owing. WTF? |
