This is going to be a fun filled day at the monitor. I went to bed with icy hot and a heating bad for my shoulder, and woke up with a stiff neck.

i've done that a few times in my life

the next day always sucks when everytime you turn your neck and it hurts :)

i know the feeling :(, try and stretch it out
