Help managing a high # of affiliate program accts?
 

My company is launching some new projects that involve sending a large amount of traffic to a large number of affiliate programs (over 150), and I cannot seem to find a good application to manage those relationships. I have StatsRemote in testing, which basically just culls the information together, but I want to be compiling and sorting and organizing this information in a MUCH more intuitive manner. Everyone I ask is gathering info from a program like StatsRemote, then logging in to each affiliate program seperately using information they store in Word or something, then sending that information to Excel for data review and storage. This seems awfully old-fashioned. Does anyone know of a CRM-type program for managing so many affiliate programs or even just a better way to do it?

In an ideal world: I want to store the affiliate company information, the content I use to build the ad campaign for every one of their websites I promote, the linking codes, the log-in to access their affiliate management areas, stats on money owed and money received, traffic statistics, never ending historical data on all of the above, regular payout percentages and special promotional information, and have the ability to run reports on all sorts of data from this information comparing affiliate programs and flagging any discrepencies between money owed and received, etc.

Can anyone be of any help with this?

I can't be of any help, but it sounds like a dream application for an affiliate to have. I have bits and pieces of information all over the place, and to have them consolidated like that would be outstanding.

If you have cash to spare Im sure you can get someone to program this for you.

What you describe sounds like it would be an amazing application. If it exists I have not heard of it yet. Perhaps a programmer can chime in with some information on how much something like this would cost to develop.

i cant recall the name..but i think there is an existing program that will give you your own linking codes and keep track of banners etc you have up.

Stats remote is no where near what you are looking for but it will do a lot.

We have yet to farm out programming as we have a staff of developers but it has been considered as a future option. If we were going to develop a CRM for this it would most likely be done in house, but I won't be able to pull anyone off anything else currently in the works for awhile.

I just find it hard to believe that between adult and mainstream there isn't something of this nature to organize information on multiple affiliate program promotions and campaigns.

Any of you software folks out there have something in development? :)
