Too Much Media (NATS) Can you make it anymore Frustrating?

Seriously,
What does it take to get a salesperson or any type of response?

Just curious.

Trust me I've gone through all the proper channels. Contact Us form, Called left a message, sent an ICQ to Albright. Maybe someone on GFY has some advice?

MoreMagic 06-20-2006 05:03 PM

just a bump , if I am rigth its not there time

p1mpdogg 06-20-2006 05:09 PM

yea they sure have some serious support issues

Reak AGV 06-20-2006 05:12 PM

Support tickets work. Else contact Boris (281-707-640) or Steve (212-822-133)

:)

Relish XXX 06-21-2006 02:56 PM

I put in 5 tickets wanting to purchase Carma. They never got back to me so I purchased MAS from www.mansionproductions.com

Tech support at Mansion is instant and so is the sales.

IMHO dont bother with Too Much. Imagine if the system had gone down. You would be losing money now.

Jace 06-21-2006 02:58 PM

funny, when I expressed interest in their new paysite protection script, they called me like every day asking when I was going to purchase it...LOL

Validus 06-21-2006 02:58 PM

Bump for you. BTW... MANSION ROCKS!

I'm out of the office, and I'm probably who your voicemail went to, please ICQ me again, 5596373, sorry if I missed your prior icq.

So if I had purchased Carma instead of MAS ( www.mansionproductions.com ) when I need support it would go through to your voice mail? Thank god I went with Mansion.

Actually, no, becuase you wouldn't press the sales option when you called. Thanks for the wise ass comment tho. Enjoy working with the second class company in the biz.

No because Carma works so the support should be if not when...

I sent through a request to purchase Carma for cash up front $3500 five times and no-one got back to me.

I like working with a second class company like Mansion and so do all the other seriously happy customers in this thread.

JoeS 06-21-2006 04:08 PM

I went to the Show in San Diego and asked one of the pannels which programs they admired most and why. All of them mentioned one thing that they liked in each of the programs they admired... personal support.

I have always go personal and prompt support from Mansion with MPA3 and thats the main reason I went with them. We place a high value on support at EntertainmentCash.com as well. It's not easy getting new customers/affiliates but it's very easy to lose them by not being there when they need you. Business is all about relationships.

Good luck with your support issues.

WarChild 06-21-2006 04:10 PM

I've received excellent support and service from John, Valeria and all the techs at Too Much Media. Really can't complain.

meanbitchesglenn 06-21-2006 04:13 PM

I have no experience with NATS, but I can share my pleasant experience with Mansion.

I use their MPA3 and their MAS system. Both of them work very well. More importantly, I communicate with their support department very regularly. Some of my questions involve real problems. Others are just small ""what-if" questions. I put in a support request, and they usually get back to me right away. I also find it very easy to contact Garry... he does really seem to care whether or not my business is successful.

Again, I am not knocking anyone here... just saying I am really happy with Mansion.

Why would you slam another company like that? It just continually makes YOU and YOUR company look really unprofessional.

First rule in sales man...don't EVER slam your competition to potential Clients!

I call it as I see it and I'm honest and don't mix words. Some people fault me for it. I can understand that.

studiocritic 06-21-2006 04:53 PM

I happened to be sitting in on a new-to-TMM customer getting their CARMA walkthrough after they purchased it.

First words out of the TMM rep's mouth on the phone when we begin the demo.. "You'll have to excuse me, I might be fumbling a bit as we move through this. I haven't actually used CARMA, per se.".

I've been recommending clients go elsewhere since.

chowda 06-21-2006 04:57 PM

btw how much is mpa3 anyways?

Relish XXX 06-21-2006 05:00 PM

I have nothing against Too Much Media other than I tried to pay them $3500 five time and they never got back to me.

If you dont believe me you can ask Aga from Net Pons.

The MPA3 has two different price options.

#1. Rent Version.
$2500 for the license and setup. Then after that you pay a monthly rent starting at $300 a month. The rent price is based on how many new signups a month you are doing.

There are no extra costs for extra sites, extra support, load balanced servers or any other hidden costs in there. All support and upgrades are included !

#2. Buy out Version.
$17 500 as a one time fee. There are no fees after that.

We also do not operate with different versions of the program. Everyone gets the top version.

Feel very free to contact me any time if you want to have an inside look of how the mpa3 OR the MAS program works.

Ycaza 06-21-2006 05:16 PM

bashing, sheesh. nats, mpa3 there is good in both, I know the mansion guys better than I know the nats guys, buit i see no need to bash either. My personal choice is MPA3, but there are many factors in it. not the least of which is I am skandinavian. :)

well as he is one of your friends.

In my opinion I have it done, then what is done is done.

No, flashbang, He asked about the MPA3. MAS is our CMS and that one is only $3995. And no other monthly costs, all support and upgrades are free.

Now if you get both the programs we give a nice discount as well :)

Every time I have had to deal with an issue from Too Much Media, either be it for NATS or just chit-chatting, John has always been there for me and responded pronto.

I hold NATS and TMM in the highest of regards.

They're an EXCELLENT team and you have my word on it.

If that was Valerie, I actually appreciate her honesty and down-to-earth nature when she's explaining and doing the training. I would much, much rather have someone admit, up front, that they don't know everything about the product -- but go and find the answers when needed -- rather than try to bullshit their way through things.

And remember that CARMA is pretty new, I don't think they've got that many installs yet.
